Lean Thinking for the Information Worker
SolutionsIQ Lean Thinking Training provides an introduction to Lean concepts as applied in an Agile environment, taking a value-based approach to building existing enterprise strengths and minimizing the seven office wastes.
Students will learn to:

Implement Agile at an enterprise level to sustain rapid, incremental and cost-effective Lean initiatives over time
- Identify and balance the Four Dimensions of Operational Performance:

- Apply Lean Thinking techniques to improve office productivity and reduce stress
- Apply a four-dimensional Value-Stream mapping approach for visualization complex interactions
- Identify Seven Office Wastes and reduce them through the Seven Lean Office Levers
- Measure performance of Lean Value Streams
