    Lean Thinking for the Information Worker

    SolutionsIQ Lean Thinking Training provides an introduction to Lean concepts as applied in an Agile environment, taking a value-based approach to building existing enterprise strengths and minimizing the seven office wastes.

    Students will learn to:

    • Implement Agile at an enterprise level to sustain rapid, incremental and cost-effective Lean initiatives over time
    • Identify and balance the Four Dimensions of Operational Performance:
      • the flows of responsibility
      • information
      • work
      • progress
    • Apply Lean Thinking techniques to improve office productivity and reduce stress
    • Apply a four-dimensional Value-Stream mapping approach for visualization complex interactions
    • Identify Seven Office Wastes and reduce them through the Seven Lean Office Levers
    • Measure performance of Lean Value Streams

    When: March 9th 2010, 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
    Where: Agile Learning Center - Redmond, WA
