BioSign can authenticate a user for specific actions within an application. For example, at the time of logon and even at the time of approving a request, performing a journal entry or any other critical function within an application
Provides authentication using centralized password management and fingerprint authentication (Multi-factor Authentication):BioSign allows individuals to authenticate themselves by using a password or combination of password/fingerprint.
Provides local caching of fingerprint and password database when the server is down:BioSign uses the local caching feature to authenticate users when server is temporarily unavailable.
Supports Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7:
BioSign client supports Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7 clients.
Provides web-based administration:Biosign has an administration console that can be accessed through a web browser. This console is used to register users and view pending registrations.
Easy to customize for different applications:BioSign allows you to leverage biometric authentication within virtually any application. Banking, Financial, Medical, SaaS, and other applications can benefit from BioSign.
Is fingerprint sensor agnostic—Register with one fingerprint sensor and authenticate with another:It is not mandatory for users to update or modify their templates with change of sensor as long as they use a supported sensor.
